A CX Moment digital series with Four Pillars Gin
For several months in 2020, we lived in a delightful Airbnb, a mid-century home designed by the famed Schrieber twins. So, for four months, all my digital events were filmed there.
On September 2nd of that year, I stayed up late to interview Matt Jones, the co-founder of my favorite gin, Four Pillars. While most of my A CX Moment conversations happen during daylight hours, I sometimes help out our friends in Australia. That night, Matt talked CX, customer loyalty, and innovation under pressure. We laughed, we took audience questions, and he taught us all how to make the best G&T. (Rare Dry Gin, good tonic, and an orange.)
My Instagram post the following day read:
10:30 pm: straighten hair, put on makeup and a dress, and head to the kitchen.
10:45 pm: tech run from Arizona. The exec producer is in San Francisco. The talent is in Australia.
11 pm: “walk onto” kitchen stage and interview the cofounder of your favorite gin @fourpillarsgin. Have a fabulous time. Drink said gin.
12:30 am: walk to bedroom. Sleep.
Quarantine life is weird. Quarantine life is admittedly quite convenient. Still weird.
